The intense umami flavours of Japan, Thailand’s elegant balance of sweet and spicy, pickled and fermented delicacies from Korea and age-old Chinese recipes. All of these and more are showcased in exceptional style at Isokyo, and given their own unique twist with the introduction of beloved Turkish ingredients.

Our award-winning Istanbul restaurant is a place for connoisseurs to indulge in traditional flavours, and to discover and fall in love with new ones. Imagine wild seabass steamed and drenched in ginger soy sauce, or beef tataki dressed with cilantro and honey. Many dishes are designed for innovative social dining experiences, from traditional dim sum to sushi in shapes and flavours you’ve never encountered before. Each mouthful is a revelation, accompanied by the drama of dry ice and inventive plating. When you want to eat al fresco, the heated terrace with its abundant greenery and floral-patterned sofas is a sanctuary for all seasons.

Isokyo has its own private dining room, with an integrated kitchen designed for Chef’s Table events for up to 13 guests.
